Most start with an Exponential Clarity Strategy and Vision Session.
The Exponential Clarity Strategy and Vision Session is a 2-hour 1:1 deep dive that’s part vision expansion, part strategy tune-up, part mindset glow-up, with optional intuitive guidance for your business (if that’s your thing).
You prepare two pieces of homework and I use those, alongside desktop research into you and your business, to craft an insight-packed session.
This is for every woman entrepreneur or creative looking to (re)articulate their I-can’t-wait-to-built-that vision and get planting the seeds today that will make it a reality.

From there, folks typically move onto one of two models:
A Quarterly Deep-Dive with ad hoc support:
In this model, we meet every three months for a half-day strategy, visioning and planning call.
We reconnect you to purpose, refine your goals and strategies, unblock anything in your mindset that’s holding you back, and identify ways to catalyze your team.
Ahead of the call, I’ll share my favorite quarterly visioning and planning exercises, and, as with the Exponential Clarity session, I go deep into your answers and personalize the session to cover the topics, exercises, and mindset shifts you need the most.
This package also includes two 1-hour coaching calls per quarter and unlimited voicenote/text support between sessions.
This model typically resonates with established entrepreneurs who know how to make money doing what they love. They use this structure to ensure regular connection to their vision, personal accountability and tactical troubleshooting with a strategic thought partner.
Or, a twelve-month coaching arc:
In a twelve-month coaching arc we meet for three hours a month. Each arc is anchored by a 2-hour visioning and strategy session at the start and finish.
Arcs typically include:
Vision setting guided by joy as our north star and articulating goals that harness predictable, possible, and exponential dreams
Leadership coaching to hold a mirror to your essence, lend permission and unlock clarity, confidence, and creativity
Uncommon strategies that leverage unique strengths and harness your “masculine” and “feminine” gifts, leading to inspired action and generative growth
Communication advisory to draw in your ideal audience and create a legacy of permission, creativity, and joy
Tactical support with access to Katharine by text/email on weekdays
